Common questions
How do I know if my roof needs repair?
Water stains on a ceiling, missing or curling shingles, granules collecting in the eavestrough, or damp insulation in the attic are the usual signs. A stain is almost never directly under the hole — we trace where water actually enters before quoting anything.
How much does roof repair cost in Markham?
It depends on where the damage is and how far it has spread, so we don’t quote blind. We inspect, find the cause, and give you a written price for the actual fix.
Can you repair just part of a roof?
Often, yes. If the damage is localized we repair that section without replacing the whole roof. If it’s a repair, we’ll tell you it’s a repair.
How quickly can you respond to a leak?
Call and describe what you’re seeing. Dan calls back the same day, or the next morning if it’s after 7pm. If water is coming in right now, call instead of waiting on a form.
Do you repair storm damage?
Yes — wind-lifted shingles, missing shingles and impact damage. If water is coming in tonight we tarp the same day and quote the permanent repair in daylight.
