Where we work
We stay inside a radius we can actually service — same day for emergencies, same week for estimates. Every town below has its own housing stock and its own way of failing, and each page says what we see on the ground there.

The towns
Markham
Markham is our home city and most of our work. The bulk of the housing stock went up between the late 1980s and the early 2000s, which puts a very large number of roofs at 20 to 30 years old right now — the second replacement cycle.
Unionville
Unionville mixes 19th-century Main Street buildings with heritage-adjacent infill and large newer detached homes. It is the one part of our service area where a roof may genuinely be a heritage detail rather than a commodity.
Thornhill
Thornhill's housing stock is older on average than Markham's, with a large share of 1960s to 1980s builds. Many of those homes are now on their third roof, and the original decking is often thinner than what's used today.
Richmond Hill
A lot of Richmond Hill sits on higher ground with more exposure, which shows up as wind uplift along ridges and rakes rather than as leaks.
Stouffville
More open land and less tree cover means wind is the dominant force on these roofs. Larger lots also mean detached garages and outbuildings that get forgotten until they leak.
Vaughan
Vaughan grew fast, and a lot of it grew at once. Whole streets were roofed in the same year with the same materials, which means whole streets come due in the same year.
Scarborough
Scarborough has the widest age range we work in — postwar bungalows through to recent infill. The right answer here depends much more on the individual house than on the neighbourhood.
North York
Established streets with mature trees and a mix of original postwar homes and rebuilt larger houses. Overhanging limbs and heavy leaf load are a constant factor.
Not on the list?
Call anyway. If you are just outside the radius we will tell you straight, and if we cannot get there we will say who can. No drive-time surcharge inside the towns above.
